We are excited to announce that we will be working with 23 CYP IAPT Partnerships to deliver the third cohort of the CWP programme, with training due to begin in January 2019.
We are currently waiting for funding confirmation from Health Education England (HEE) and once we have this, successful Partnerships will be able to begin recruitment. This means that jobs should start to appear on NHS jobs and Trust websites within the next month or so. To prepare for this, we recommend setting up automatic job searches/notifications on NHS Jobs. Roles are likely to be advertised using the following terms:
‘Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner’
‘Child Wellbeing Practitioner’
Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner for Children and Young People’
If you are interested in training as a CWP, please make sure that you have expressed your interest here and we will email you with more information as soon as Partnerships begin to advertise for these roles: bit.ly/2fwU91b
We will publish the successful Partnerships and links to their job adverts on this page as soon as we have funding confirmation so please check back for updates.
*Please note: Candidates will need to apply for both the job role and the corresponding university course at the same time. Details on how to apply for the university course will be embedded within the job adverts – details to follow.
