Children and Young Peoples Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP) roles – Inviting Expressions of Interest from Graduates

Are you a recent psychology or social science graduate interested in being trained to work with children and young people with mental difficulties?

The London and South East CYP IAPT learning collaborative are co-ordinating the roll out of the Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP) programme in children and young peoples mental health services in London and South East England. These roles will include training to deliver brief evidence based interventions in the form of guided self-help for children and young people with mild/moderate anxiety, low mood and behavioural problems.

The second cohort of CWPs have now started their training (May 2018) and we are now taking expressions of interests from individuals who would be keen to join the next cohort which is likely to begin in January 2019. As soon as we have more information about the next cohort, we will provide an update on our website.

If you want to receive more information about the role please complete an expression of interest form here: bit.ly/2fwU91b
