Are you interested in quality improvement and supporting services for children, young people and their families?

We have four roles in the programme team (Clinical Lead, Assistant Psychologist, Programme Administrator and Project Manager) that are currently being advertised on http://www.annafreud.org/vacancies/

  • Clinical Lead – We are looking to recruit a new Clinical Lead to the London and South East CYP IAPT Learning Collaborative. This is a key role in the CYP IAPT Programme and will provide a major opportunity to a senior CAMHS clinician to help significantly shape and develop services across the region.
The successful applicant(s) would join the Strategic Leadership Team working closely with training leads from UCL and KCL and providing leadership to the London and South East Collaborative Team.  Supported by the London Collaborative Programme Manager, the post holder will have a unique role in supporting the CAMHS Partnerships to deliver improved outcomes for children, young people and families.
  • Assistant Psychologist – A role that would suit someone interested in gaining experience and skills in service development and to be at the heart of implementation of NHS policy. The focus of this role is to work closely with the Programme Team, under the Programme Lead and Clinical Lead, on the day-to-day coordination of the London & South East CYP IAPT Learning Collaborative, and delivering specific projects.
  • Programme Administrator – Administrative support to the programme. Current Programmes include marketing, and facilitation of the delivery of a suite of training programmes delivered by UCL and Kings College London, Digital Hackathons, Debating Mental Health, and delivery of Outreach Transformational Support and Consultancy to 37 CYP IAPT Partnership providers that include more than 100 providers, a range of Implementation Groups, the Young Advisors, and the National Commissioners Development Programme.
  • Project Manager – a central role in the development and implementation of the communications strategy (working closely with the Assistant Psychologist), will manage outreach in relation to a range of CYP IAPT partnerships that need implementation support, day-to-day management of a group of Young Advisors, supporting the delivery of digital hackathons, managing the on-boarding and delivery of a Schools Implementation Group and overseeing the applications process for the training programmes delivered by the learning collaborative.
