We are looking to recruit a new Clinical Lead to the London and South East CYP IAPT Learning Collaborative.
This is a key role in the CYP IAPT Programme and will provide a major opportunity to a senior CAMHS clinician to help significantly shape and develop services across the region.
The successful applicant(s) would join the Strategic Leadership Team working closely with training leads from UCL and KCL and providing leadership to the London and South East Collaborative Team. Supported by the London Collaborative Programme Manager, the post holder will have a unique role in supporting the CAMHS Partnerships to deliver improved outcomes for children, young people and families.
We would be enthusiastic about this role being shared between senior clinicians who would be interested in doing this role in a part-time capacity (either one or two days a week). The Collaborative covers three Specialist Clinical Networks (London, the South East and the East of England) and the role could be divided in line with these areas. We encourage potential applicants to discuss their potential availability for this post with us.
The role will suit a highly experienced CAMHS Clinician who has worked in a CYP IAPT service and who has experience in consulting and training teams of CAMHS professionals. An enthusiasm for improving the services for children and young people will be essential along with a capacity to work with a highly creative and fast moving team who have a track record over the last five years of continual development and improvement of the programme.
The post holder will join the leadership team of the London and South East CYP IAPT Learning Collaborative, with a specific role of providing clinical leadership, advice and guidance to the Partnerships that constitute the Collaborative; will be a member of the CYP-IAPT London and South East Strategy Group and also be part of the University Course Leadership Team in order to provide feedback and advice to the course leads about the experience of Partnership staff.
